Karl Lagerfeld for Macys

Most notable as the head designer and creative director for Chanel – Karl Lagerfeld is offering a limited edition collection for Macys debuting Aug 31^st.

The collection which runs from $50 - $170 has lots of black and white and high collars (a Lagerfeld classic) . The 45 piece collection also includes flirty dresses – tweed jackets and skirts and faux leather jackets. Karl Lagerfeld currently designs for H&M – it will be interesting to see which line people prefer if its his Macys line or H&M.

Kardashian Kollection for Sears

Hello Fashionistas, the Kardashian sisters are at it again - I really must say they are great entrepreneurs (or are lucky to get companies to pitch them new business ventures) 

 Here, the sisters are collaborating with Sears to launch an affordable collection for the department store. If you admire the Kardashians' style then this collection is for you.

The pieces seem to be especially ideal for the curvaceous woman -the kind of hugging - stretch dresses Kim and Khloe would wear. The line features everything from tight mini dresses to jump suits, bags, heels and sunglasses and sexy lingerie.
